What are our tracking trailers made of?

When considering the purchase of a nursery cart, you often ask yourself which one to choose? Which trailer will be ideal for our needs? And of course, there is no ideal solution that could meet the expectations of every customer, because each plant nursery has different requirements and needs. Below we present you the materials we use in the production of our tracking trailers.

The aluminum from which the frame and platform were made gives the equipment a durable and at the same time aesthetic character. And this despite the concerns of many interested customers that the use of the above material will result in the fact that when connecting several trailers, too light a structure will cause the next loaded carts to pull the first one from the set on bends. Thanks to the use of the appropriate thickness of the material, the trailer’s own weight is maintained at an optimal level of 170 kg. Performing maneuvers using muscle strength is also not a problem.

Aluminum is also characterized by good resistance to weather conditions and factors that are an integral part of production, such as plant residues, soil, etc. Also taking into account the fact that aluminum itself is a slippery material, each platform is matted using sandblasting technology, as a result of which it becomes anti-slip.

Turntable

The rotating mechanism is made using turntables, the design and operating principle of which is the same as the bearings, thanks to which any backlash is eliminated, which contributes to easy rotation, and the service life of such a solution is maximally extended for many years.

Galvanized structural steel

The entire chassis, including the drawbar, is made of structural steel protected by hot-dip galvanizing, which ensures the best protection against corrosion.

Wheels 16-6.5X8 10PR

A typical wheel, nothing special, but unlike the ones used so far, the current ones have 10 canvases, which additionally strengthens the tire against punctures.

Drawbars

Our offer includes two variants of drawbars used to connect sets of carts, the first is a traditional pin ensuring universal connection with any type of towing equipment. The second is a ball drawbar, which provides the best quality of connection thanks to the complete lack of play and smooth control. It is also possible to buy both types of drawbars. Quick disassembly makes the trailer more universal.
